Subscription Policy

1. General Information

Our subscription service allows you to automatically receive your favorite products at the frequency of your choice, while also benefiting from exclusive discounts.
The subscription is only offered on certain eligible products, as indicated directly on the corresponding product page.

2. Commitment

The subscription is non-binding : you are free to cancel it at any time, without fees or penalties.

3. Subscription Management

From your customer account, you can at any time:

  • change your delivery frequency,

  • pause your subscription,

  • skip a delivery,

  • update your payment and shipping information,

  • or cancel your subscription.

Any cancellation takes effect immediately: no new order will be generated after your request.

4. Payment

Subscription payments are processed automatically at each renewal, via the payment method registered during your first order.
In the event of a payment failure (e.g., expired card), you will be prompted to update your information from your customer account.

5. Delivery

The delivery conditions applicable to subscription orders are identical to those provided for classic orders (costs, times, areas served), unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering.
The exact delivery fee is shown before each order is confirmed.

6. Subscription-related discounts

The discounts shown for the subscription are automatically applied to each recurring order, as long as the subscription remains active.
These discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or special offers, unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
However, this right only applies to unopened, unused products in their original packaging , given the food nature of our products.
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded.
